Cad-Capture has developed a unique system for the automatic capture of essential asset management information including internal and external areas and classification of buildings to authority requirements dependant upon their usage.

Asset information is available in a variety of database or spreadsheet formats, it can be used on a wide range of platforms which are suitable for use with Asset Management Planning software. All information provided meets the specific requirements of the DCSF* guidelines for Asset Management Planning.

A walkthrough service allows an on-site comparison to your existing drawings where changes can be recorded. With similar results to re-surveying and at a fraction of the cost, Asset Management is proving very popular.
